OUR HISTORY
After participating in several chemical plant projects and being in charge of the engineering department of an important multinational laboratory, we began in 1994 to provide external services in pharmaceutical facilities.
Our company, known since 1998 as TECNO INGENIERIA, has incorporated a large team of professionals specialized in each area and has maintained an exclusive dedication to the pharmaceutical industry, in carrying out designs, projects, assembly and construction of classified areas, controlled areas, productive sectors and pharmaceutical plants. This exclusive dedication, plus the valuable contribution of the constant updating and training of our technical team, has allowed us to successfully face and solve projects of varying complexity in the "main service" of all medical laboratories, HVAC systems. Since our beginnings, providing concrete solutions in the areas of pharmaceutical air conditioning, HVAC ventilation and air treatment systems and DDC digital direct control systems, we have been gaining the trust of our customers. We develop our projects taking into account all the intervening aspects, based on the "sensitivity" and "potentiality" of the product and avoiding the possibility of cross contamination. This is how we define: necessary classification degrees, hourly renewals, product protection, environmental protection, operator protection, pressure cascade, air transfers, filtration and efficiency stages, design and characteristics of air treatment units (AUT), duct systems and all necessary equipment. In our work, from the design and project stages to construction and commissioning, we involve all the Complementary Services that are directly related to HVAC systems, such as localized extraction systems and dust collectors, mechanical ventilation for gases or vapors. , controlled humidity systems and ice water services (Chiller), heated water, steam, electrical systems and their generation. Over the years and in order to offer comprehensive solutions for the needs of pharmaceutical laboratories, we have incorporated into our projects the general services of pharmaceutical plants and plant utilities. By virtue of the technological and regulatory advances at a national and international level, we have the experience, support and appropriate technology for the efficient realization of projects of various sizes, also adapting the needs of each laboratory to the latest requirements of ISO, FDA, EMEA. , OMS and CGMP recommendations. Since our inception, we have been members of ISPE (International Society for Pharmaceutical Engineering) and ASHRAE (American Society of Heating, Refrigerating, and Air-Conditioning Engineers, Inc.). Quality, speed of execution and economy are the keys to our operating philosophy, based on a strong concept of responsibility and sincerity. Currently we are affected by the realization of new and innovative pharmaceutical and biotechnological projects, in addition to providing technical support to numerous laboratories.
