Based on our main specialization in HVAC ventilation and pharmaceutical air conditioning systems, we think of each of our projects in an "integral" way, trying to harmonize the link that exists between the different services and plant utilities.
To this end and looking for the most convenient solution for each project, we develop and execute the necessary Engineering, meeting the production needs of each laboratory and the various regulatory requirements of the different standards (ISO, GMP, FDA, EMEA, ASHRAE, SMACNA, ISPE ).
Works
From small thermomechanical installations, remodeling, reforms and expansion of pharmaceutical production areas or sectors, to the construction of sterile areas, clean areas, controlled areas and pharmaceutical plants.
In all the works and facilities we have the permanent collaboration of specialist companies for each item (civil works, piping, duct systems, equipment manufacturing), which conform to the engineering and specifications developed by us, working under our strict supervision. , control and management. In addition to supervision and control tasks, our direct technical staff perform tasks that require a higher degree of specialization, experience and quality, such as electrical panels, instruments and programming of DDC control systems, commissioning, regulation and balance of installations. HVAC (TAB – Testing, Adjusting and Balancing) according to project data, control and verification of the equipment in operation, etc.

SERVICE
WE OFFER THE EXECUTION OF THE PREVENTIVE AND CORRECTIVE MAINTENANCE SERVICE OF PHARMACEUTICAL SYSTEMS AND FACILITIES.
Due to the high degree of specialization that this type of facility requires, we develop a Preventive Maintenance Program aimed at ensuring the proper functioning, state of conservation and efficiency of the pharmaceutical HVAC systems, with the generation of the necessary documentation for the processes of qualification and validation. These programs are applied and adapted in a "particular" way for each of the pharmaceutical plants, whether or not they are TECNO ENGINEERING projects, in relation to their equipment and systems. Routine tasks and jobs are coordinated based on this annual preventive maintenance program, through the issuance of work order sheets, where all the novelties, particularities and measurements carried out are recorded. All the documentation generated is duly classified and filed according to the provisions of ISO 14,644 part 4 (Clean areas and associated controlled spaces) for the "Qualification of the Facility Operation". Finally, in the event of emergency calls, we give priority assistance to all our clients in order to provide a quick solution to specific needs or temporary problems of the Plant's systems and facilities. We are aware of the serious inconveniences caused by the interruption of some essential system in the pharmaceutical production sectors (HVAC, extractions, dehumidification, electricity, etc.), hence our commitment to the "quality" and "responsibility" of the service provided.
